Neat Hyperlinks in Email

Here's a trick in Apple Mail that has been bugging me for a long time and I finally figured out how it's done. Sometimes when you are typing an email and you paste a link it is long and unruly. Or you just want to have your own text like "Cool Pictures" instead of a URL like:

http://www.thelongestlistofthelongeststuffatthelongestdomainnameatlonglast.com/wearejustdoingthistobestupidnowsincethiscangoonforeverandeverandeverbutitstilllookskindaneatinthebrowsereventhoughitsabigwasteoftimeandenergyandhasnorealpointbutwehadtodoitanyways.html

In your email type the text that you want (example: Google Dog Images). Highlight the text and then either press Apple + K or go to Edit > Add Link... and paste your URL. You'll get your text and the URL all rolled into one neat package.
