If you have even a few mobile devices you can use QR codes to do a treasure hunt. This tip is from classtools.net, where there are a ton of great electronic resources for teachers. I won't go into detail about QR codes (look here) but basically this site has you enter your questions and answers, then it generates the QR codes for you. Then you place them for the treasure/scavenger hunt and turn the kids loose. I can't wait try this one!
My idea is to have the KIDS create these as an activity or enrichment exercises for the other kids. Give it a shot here.
