As more and more staff get comfortable using Easy Grade Pro the desire to unlock some of it's better features will surface. One of the best features is the ability to email progress reports to parents (and whomever else you have an email address for). I try to send them once a week and once you've collected email addresses it only takes a few clicks of the mouse to send them out. The mildly tricky part is the setup but luckily have I got a tutorial for you.
The one step that everyone seems to forget is to add the smtp settings. That might sound like Tech Speak to you right now but you'll know more when you follow the tutorial. EGP generates pdf files and sends them as attachments using your email address. So parents who respond to the email will reply directly back to you. As always, please don't hesitate to ask if you get stuck.
