As more and more staff are using Google Docs there are a few of you who are having trouble logging into your account. There are a few pages that have the link to WSD Google including the FMS Points login and also one that I created for a workshop I did, tinyurl.com/wgoogle. I suggest that once you get to the page you make a bookmark for your toolbar and getting to the right page in the future will be a snap.
BUT some of you are still having difficulties logging into the system, usually because you are accessing other Google products, like Gmail, and then you're having trouble logging back into your WSD Google account. Here is a short video to help answer some questions. The rule of thumb is always log in on the left side of the screen.
