I've been following a great blog for a few weeks called Free Technology for Teachers. Today's post included 17 Free Tools for Creating Screen Capture Images and Tools. One of the gems is a Chrome extension calledExplain and Send Screenshots. What it allows you to do is take a screenshot of all of part of your screen and then type on that screenshot or add arrows, shapes, etc. Then you can save your screenshot to use as you wish.
