Hide Group Email Addresses

Scenario: Let's say you're sending an email to a group (staff, parents, etc.) and you don't want all of the emails addresses to show up. Sometimes it's just to keep things nice and neat, not having a whole mass of email addresses at the top of your email. Other times there might be a reason you don't want things to be revealed. Here's how to turn the feature on/off in Apple Mail.

    1. In Mail choose Preferences from the Mail menu (keyboard shortcut is Command + , (comma))
    2. Click the Composing tab
    3. Select or deselect the checkbox for " When sending to a group, show all member addresses
