Printing Seating Charts in EGP

Using a seating chart is one of my favorite discipline tools in the classroom. Easy Grade Pro has a pretty good seating chart screen that lets you move kids around easily, add seats and additional furniture, and copy it easily to other classes (Tool > Copy > Seats...) But I've never been enamored about how it prints. You have to have all of your seats within a certain range in order for it to look right when you print it off or some of the seats fall of the edge of the page.

But then I remembered I can take a screenshot of the EGP screen and I'm all set. So get your kids where you want them, press Shift + Command + 4, drag the cross hairs over all of the seats, and when you release the mouse your seating chart will be on your Desktop. Double-click it from there and print away.
