Ricoh Copier as Scanner

This tip comes thanks to Jake Bucholz at PIO. Did you know you can use our copier as a scanner? Follow the simple directions in the tutorial below.

Update: One thing the handout doesn't include is how to make your email address and name stick in the machine so you don't have to enter it every time you want to scan. After you enter your email address the first time look for the Program Destination button and press it. It will then take you to another screen which allows you to double-check your contact information. Press 'OK' and it will show up on the main scanning screen in the future.
