Charting Student Scores

Updates: After I found Chart Gizmo, below, the floodgates opened and I found to more super simple apps that do exactly what I need them to do. One is called Easy Chart and it's free. The other is called Viz and although it's $1.99, if you are in the WSD it is part of our Filewave system and we can push either of them to your device for free.

I've been hunting around, trying to find an easy online tool for students to chart and monitor their progress on their assessments. After much searching I came across Chart Gizmo. The things I like about it are the ability to choose many different types of charts, to customize them, to change the colors and sizes, and most importantly to go back and add to the charts. Oh, and it needed to work on the iPad too.

Chart Gizmo does all of this and more and it's free.

Here is some more info from their website:

Chart Gizmo allows you to create bar and line graphs, pie charts and seven other types of charts and graphs for summarizing your data. Import your data directly from an Excel spreadsheet to save having to manually enter your data. From there, choose a way to publish your chart, such as on its own page, on your webpage or saved as an image file to insert directly into documents. Administrators and fellow teachers will be impressed by the time and effort it looks like you put into your data presentation.
