I've written about a great website called online-stopwatch.com that has a bunch of great timers that kids love. But they can be a bit annoying sometimes. Today I found a wonderful, simple website called e.ggtimer.com (in case you're wondering, eggtimer.com (sans the first dot) is currently for sale, so I'm guessing the developers of this site didn't want to buy the domain).
You can go to this site and type in how much time you want, press Go, and you get a super simple timer filling your whole screen. And it plays a nice sound at the end. BUT, the genius behind this site is in the URLs. If you type in their base URL (e.ggtimer.com) and then put in a slash and the amount of time after that it will automatically start at timer with that specific time. So you could have some times already bookmarked, click on them, and BAM, instant timer.
