When you open the floodgates sometimes you get a lot of water. I was looking for other free screen recording tools and noticed that you can use QuickTime X to record what you're doing on your computer. To see if you have QuickTime X open QuickTime from your Applications. Go to the QuickTime menu at the top and choose About QuickTime. A box will open and it will show you the version number. If is says 10 you're in luck. Choose File > New Screen Recording and you're off!
