A few weeks ago I was introduced to Zamzar, which is a great online tool for converting a whole gaggle of files into some other format. I've used it a handful of times since then and it's great.
Someone asked about converting an eBook file (m4b) to an mp3 and so I did a little research (Google-ing) and came across Media Converter. It's another online tool that allows you to upload a media file (video/audio/websites) and convert it to another format. This will come in handy if you have downloaded a file and need to do something else with it but can't get it into the right format. Give it a shot!
