Customize Google Forms

Google Forms are a great way to assess and gather information from students and staff.  But up until now the world has been stuck with Google's background images for their forms.  No more, no more.  Now you can create your form and add your own photos or logos to the header, change the fonts, and even customize the background.  There are also a bunch of new themes if you don't feel the creative juices flowing.
